Prudence

Prudence Zoe Glorious is a Pan- African Tanzanian thinker, strategist, trusted advisor, aesthete, and writer. She is currently the Chief Purpose Officer at the recently awarded Tanzania's Best PR Firm 2024 - PZG PR - which is Tanzania's first eponymous impact communications firm, that she founded in 2020. Prudence has over the years also practiced as an independent consultant (strategic advisory) and UN advisor.

Prudence has authored the Children's Book Series - Jua na Ua, a thought leadership column on digital connectivity that was published in The Citizen every Tuesday, and coffee table books for UNDP, the IYF & MasterCard Foundation.

A forward thinker, Prudence has over 13 years of experience in strategy development, ESG, sustainability, social impact programming, project execution, relationship building, impact communications, content strategy, visual storytelling, social listening, interactive and print copywriting, marketing, editing, script writing, speechwriting, translating, planning, experience design, using digital analytics, performance benchmarks, and stakeholder profiles to inform strategy; and agility to work across multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
